Luke's Local is a specialty independent running 5 Bay Area stores, small-format at about 3,098 sq ft each, indexing high on better-for-you versus other Bay Area grocers.
Di Grazia isn’t on Luke's Local’s shelf yet in any of its 5 stores. The opening: 1 category where the shelf is already deep and the brand runs strong elsewhere.
Lead with All Purpose Seasoning in Other Seasoning Mixes.
Luke's Local stocks other seasoning mixes thinly, so a differentiated snack stands out instead of becoming the Nth option on a crowded shelf. It already earns space at 1 other Bay Area grocer.
The more differentiated opening is other seasoning mixes: Luke's Local stocks only 13 there, so Di Grazia All Purpose Seasoning stands out rather than blending in.
