Mamma Emma at United Markets
United Markets is a specialty independent running 1 Bay Area store, large-format at about 26,260 sq ft each.
Mamma Emma is a brand specializing in authentic Italian gnocchi and sauces, crafted to retain the traditional homemade shape and flavor.

The more differentiated opening is gnocchi pasta: United Markets stocks only 13 there, so Mamma Emma Gluten-Free No Flour Potato Gnocchi stands out rather than blending in.
United Markets merchandises 3 of the 3 categories the brand sells.
