Lead with World Market Yopokki Kimchi Topokki Cup Set of 2 in Instant Soup.
Andronico's Community Markets stocks instant soup thinly, so a differentiated snack stands out instead of becoming the Nth option on a crowded shelf. It already earns space at 1 other Bay Area grocer.
Andronico's Community Markets carries instant noodles in real depth, 83 SKUs against a fleet median of 23.5, so a new entry there is the Nth option, and its per-unit price would likely sit near the top of a crowded shelf. The more differentiated opening is instant soup: Andronico's Community Markets stocks only 4 there, so World Market Yopokki Kimchi Topokki Cup Set of 2 stands out rather than blending in.
