Lead with Fettuccine, Paglia & Fieno in Fettuccine Pasta.
Andronico's Community Markets stocks fettuccine pasta thinly, so a differentiated snack stands out instead of becoming the Nth option on a crowded shelf. It already earns space at 5 other Bay Area grocers.
Andronico's Community Markets carries other pasta in real depth, 18 SKUs against a fleet median of 6, so a new entry there is the Nth option, and its per-unit price would likely sit near the top of a crowded shelf. The more differentiated opening is fettuccine pasta: Andronico's Community Markets stocks only 7 there, so Dolce Italia Foods Fettuccine, Paglia & Fieno stands out rather than blending in. Lead with the fettuccine pasta, and position the other pasta as a finishing or gift item.
Andronico's Community Markets merchandises 10 of the 10 categories the brand sells.
no strong clean/diet signal either way.
